By introducing a Quality Management System for Flughafen Düsseldorf Ground Handling we lay special emphasis on our ultimate ambition – to meet the quality desired and expected by our customers. This system aims at further increasing customer orientation within the company and implementing a continuous process of improvement in all business processes.
Quality Management is one key task of the management at all levels but also the duty of all staff to help maintain the company’s position at the market and to position it by means of quality characteristics.
We have been training qualified specialist staff for aircraft and baggage handling in our in-house training and development center for many years.
Our staff is continually trained and is familiar with the current state of knowledge of ultra-modern ground handling. The majority of our staff is certified aircraft dispatchers holding a cerftificate issued by the German Chamber of Industry and Commerce.
